Yepton Estate Cottages is a haven for the all-inclusive weary and  
holiday makers who wish to explore the island and its people.  
Located directly on a lovely natural salt lagoon, the cottages are 
no more than a 6-minute walk from the nearest beach.
 
All cottages are flawlessly equipped for self-catering and each has 
a BBQ on the terrace. King beds, silent air-conditioners, broadbend 
internet connection, your own cell phone, Cable TV, DVD, CD player, 
electronic safe, beach towels, iron, hair dryer etc. are just some 
of the comforts of home that are offered.

A lovely little freshwater pool is shared between the 4 cottages.
Laundry service is available at a nominal fee.
Weddings are carefully arranged and implemented by the owners.
A row boat is at the waters edge and fishing rods are available.
Only the best rental cars, tours and trips are recommended and 
booked for you by the owners.
The 1-bedroom cottages have wheelchair access.

Hundreds of birds have found sanctuary in our saltwater lagoon, 
including the ellusive West Indian Whistling Duck.  It is amazing 
how much there is to see and hear just outside your doorstep.  
Tropical gardens, elbeit still young, with tropical fruit trees, 
bananas and a host of palms, oleanders, hibiscus, yellow bell and 
bougainvillea grace the gardens.  

Two beaches are within easy walking distance.

A special 30% discount is offered until the end of September on 
stays of 7 nights or more.  
Long term offers (28 nights or more) are excellent at half price.
Until December 31, 2007 only a 10% service charge is added to the 
rates.  As of January 1, 2008, a further 10.5% ABST must be added.
Rates given are for the Studio Cottage (1 or 2 persons), the 1-
bedroom rates are a little higher.
