cottage, located just north of Baldwin. The cottage features a 
fireplace in the living area, cathedral ceilings, a breakfast bar in 
the kitchen and deck that overlooks the all-sport lake.   Enjoy bon-
fires in the evening around the fire pit.  
Only blocks away from state quad and snowmobile trails and minutes 
away the Pere Marquette, Pine, and Manistee rivers.  The cottage 
sleeps 6 and comes fully furnished.   You just provide towels, bed 
linens, and best of all, great memories. Let this become your next 
ultimate summer or fall getaway!

Please note we have purchased this cottage a couple of years ago and 
are always doing updating.
Progress done thus far:
New carpet, paint and bedding in all 3 bedrooms   
Painted living room & dining room
new screen door, all new pots and pans.
Outside painted.  New dining room table and chairs, new bathroom 
vanity, sink & tub/shower, new kitchen island, sink, countertop, and 
stools, new gas grills and charcoal grill and more.

The water at the beach is very shallow and sandy.   This is great 
for young kids (as older kids).    At 200+ feet off shore, it is 
still only waist deep.   The lake is crystal clear water and very 
sandy bottom lake (no clams/zebra muscles)

3 Bedrooms, (1 queen, 1 full size, & set of bunk beds) - Ceiling 
fans in 2 of the bedrooms - not in the bunkbed rooms due to safety)
1 full bath

Wolf like is known for it's sandy bottom and great fishing.   Check 
out the Michigan DNR site for a map of the lake and the DNR provided 
fish structures on the bottom of the lake.   Wolf lake is an all-
sports lake and is about a mile across in either direction.  
Just a few miles away is 3 of the best know canoeing and fly fishing 
rivers (Pier Marque  
Wolf lake is about 1.5 hours north of Grand Rapids, about an hour 
south of Traverse City and 30 miles due East of Ludington. 

7-night rental: Sat 3pm - Sat 10am
$600 Weekly & $750 Holiday weeks

spring/Fall weekend get-aways - 2 nights for $250


Terms: One-half rental fee + security deposit due 14 days after 
booking to reserve week with the remainder paid 30 days prior to 
arrival date.

No Cleaning Fee: Leave cottage in same clean condition, and  
security deposit of $150 is fully refundable.
Cancellation policy: Will be provided upon booking.

This is a non-smoking rental and sorry, no pets.

You need to provide towels and bed linens or they can be provided for 
a $75 fee
