quiet, private yard. Take a short stroll to Little Beach or walk a few

   This is a two bedroom, winterized home and has previously been
occupied year round. It is located in a residential area and most of
our neighbors are retired. This will be the first time it has been
offered as a weekly rental. 
   Our guests should be looking for a quieter vacation. This is NOT a
beach or party area cottage!
   Well furnished with matching, comfortable furniture, broadloom and
good quality vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. This is a home,
not a cottage and you will enjoy the added comforts of such. 
     We have equipped the master bedroom with a king sized bed and the
second bedroom has an antique fruitwood four poster double bed with a
new box and mattress. We have a roll away cot.  The
bathroom is large. The rear yard is quite private. Lots of paved parking.
    The rooms feature original artwork.

Our homey cottage is only a short walk to shops, many restaurants
and groceries and only a ten minute walk to the main beach. Our town
has a Grocery Store, Library, Liquor Store, Hardware Store, Post Office.
 We are centrally located; across the street from Stan's Marina. Full
marina facilities available there. The town of Port Stanley has it's
own web site for details.
Parking in our large yard for your boat trailer, depending on it's size.
 There are five golf courses within a 4 mile radius and one of those
is the world famous Red Tail.
  We have a full schedule summer theatre. There are many choices for
day trips and we have brochures in the house for you. They include:
antiquing, fishing, shopping, craft and artist's studios, the new
windfarm at Port Burwell! Visit historic Sparta! London is only 35
minutes away.
   If you find a rainy day, there is an Odeon cineplex in St Thomas
and of course Wallmart.
St Thomas airport is only a 20 minute drive; London airport is 45
minutes away and airport pickup can be arranged. Our town cab will
take you anywhere in the town's limits for
$6.00. There is a hospital in St Thomas, only ten minutes away and we
have the Emergency Unit only a block from the cottage. 
   We will negotiate a rate for longer stays. We are available for
extended stays this fall and winter if you are building a house, etc.

$750.00 a week. Sorry, no credit cards and personal cheques must clear
for payment. $200.00 deposit to reserve cottage and balance to be paid
in full prior to your rental. We will require a credit card number on
file as a Security/ Damage guarantee. $20.00 to $50.00 linen charge;
depending on linens needed. All cancellations to be made at least
fourteen days prior to your rental date or your deposit is forfeit.
