Simple, comfortable and well-loved.

Rous Island is one of the 365 islands in beautiful Mahone Bay - 
total of ten houses or cottages on the island - all fairly spread 
out - privacy but a nice community of residents - full view of the 
mainland and several other islands - ten-minute boat ride from 
Government Wharf at Indian Point
a short walk through the woods leads to a nice, sandy ocean beac

 Rates 

 


$3000 includes utilities, use of boat and amenities of the cottage
A fee of $100 is also requested for after move-out cleaning of 
cottage

A deposit of $600 will reserve your place and serve as a guarantee 
to both rentor and rentee.  Deposit is refundable if another rentor 
is available.  Rent payment is due on check-in and deposit will be 
refunded after walk through of property with owner and rentor.
