Beautiful Penticton - Our home is located in the Wiltse Flats area. 
The 2 bedroom 700 square foot suite is situated on the bottom level 
of a 2 storey home.  The whole house (3400 square feet) is located 
in a quiet neighbourhood on a mountain hillside.  There are some 
hiking trails and fabulous views of the city just minutes away from 
the home.  

Furnished bedrooms 
1 Bathroom - toilet, sink and shower only (no bathtub).
Kitchen and Dining together with the livingroom connected.  
For Privacy - separate entrance from the main house.

The bedrooms are equipped with:
* a double bed in one bedroom 
* and 2 single beds in another bedroom 
* a dresser and closet in each bedroom
* built in desk in one of the bedrooms
* Bedding

The Bathroom is equipped with:
* towels and face cloths
* toilet paper
* hand soap

The kitchen is equipped with:
* fridge
* stove
* microwave
* table and 4 chairs

$ 100.00 per night or $ 500.00 per week.  Monthly rates may be 
negotiable.

Aug.20 to Aug.30 (no weekly rate accepted - only available at a 
daily rate of $100.00 per night.

$200.00 deposit upon booking this suite. Half payment due in 
advance.  Full payment due upon arrival (check in)!

With a full kitchen - you have the convenience of making 
your own meals as you wish and at your own leisure. 

There is a small corner store located in our area.  There are no 
laundry facilities, however, there are a few laundry mats only 
minutes away.
