This oceanfront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home is located on the 
southside of Cayman Brac.  The house is located 1 mile east of the 
sandy public beach (1/2 mile from bat cave). This beautiful home is 
built on hurricane piers for safety, spectacular views and to take 
advatage of the gentle breeze (island air).

The bathrooms include a Jacuzzi with shower, two seperate showers 
and a rinse shower downstairs. The open plan and spacious kitchen 
include blender, coffeemaker, microwave, washer, dryer and granite 
bar. Ceiling fans and ceramoic tile throughout and the 18 ft by 36 
ft great room includes a large dining area, leather hide-a-bed sofa, 
TV, CD, DVD and VHS.  The large patio deck extends the length of the 
house, offering a fabulous ocean view. Also included are Weber 
grill, hammock and bicycles. Walk the beach for shells, bird watch, 
dive, fish, snorkel or just relax.  The caretaker will meet you at 
the airport and bring you to the house.

My wife and I live in Chicago and are intersted in foreign or 
tropical locations.  Alaska is another destination we would like to 
visit. The exchange does not need to be simultaneous. It may be just 
the two of us or we may invite another couple for one week.
