A bright and spacious room is available for 1,2 or 3 persons in the
lovely Gianicolo area.
The room has a large and comfy double bed, and access to a beautiful
bathroom with bathtub, decorated with precious old mosaicwork.
Also, the room has DSL Internet connection available (included in
the price).
Our house sits in a beautiful area, between the ancient Villa
Pamphilii monumental park and the Trastevere Railway station.
By metropolitan train (two stations at walking distance!), bus or
tram, it's easy to reach every single touristic attraction in town
(for example, the Vatican is at just 4 minutes from the station,
while old Trastevere and the Gianicolo are at walking distance).
The cleaning of the room is not included: guests shall clean their
room before departure (or add 10 EUR for the cleaning).
Towels are not included.
Linen and pillows/pillowcases are included.
Please, note that two cats live in the house, so allergic people
shall consider this.
Please, also consider that we expect our guests to be very tidy and
clean.
We speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
