This comfortable and relaxing two bedroom, two bath condo is an 
easy walk to the beach or to dinner and/or shopping.  As the complex 
is small--only 14 units--and we are located at the end on the side 
of the building facing the pool rather than the street, it is also 
very quiet and private. The livingroom door of the condo opens onto 
the deck of the swimming pool for both convenience and pleasure.  

We have just completed remodeling the kitchen and installing granite 
countertops.  Its open and bright and cheerful.  Everything is 
included. All appliances & furniture, including washer 
and dryer have been updated in the last 3 years.  Kitchen is 
furnished for the person who likes to cook with, microwave, toaster, 
blender, mixer, and whatever pots and pans you might need for 
cooking or baking.  There are TVs with full cable in both bedrooms 
as well as in the living room.  A VCR/DVD player is in the living 
room and the smaller bedroom has a VCR.  Free high speed internet is 
also available.  The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed 
and dresser while the other bedroom has a queen size bed and 
dresser.  Both bedrooms have ample closet space. The living room is 
furnished with a reclining sofa, a comfortable recliner and an up-
holstered antique chair.    

This is our personal winter residence and as such it is completely 
furnished with everything you would need to live here. We take 
pride in maintaining our home and hope you will also. 

We do not allow pets or smoking inside the condo.

Our ground floor condo is conveniently located in the Entertainment 
district and has several restaurants/bars/shopping within easy 
walking distance.

Minimum rental period is 3 days.  A $50 cleaning fee is required 
regardless of the length of stay.

In addition to the rate quoted a $50 cleaning fee will be charged 
and a $250 security deposit is required to insure your reservation.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal so your personal 
information is never shared with us and you do not have to have a 
PayPal account in order to use this service.
