Our rate is $2,400.00 a week if you were to stay longer we would 
take some off from the weekly rate.
We get half of the rent up front to hold the week you want the rest 
ids due 3 weeks before you go into the house.  we have a security 
deposit of $500.00 and more if you were to bring a pet.
We have no refunds unless we can rent the week that you have choosen
