Enjoy your own special piece of Vermont at this home tucked away in 
the mountains of Southern Vermont near Stratton.  Kayak, canoe or 
fish the many lakes and rivers.  Bike or hike the West River Trail 
right from the door along the lovely West River.  Although you may 
feel like you're in your own little hideaway, our home has wireless 
internet access so you feel connected to the world.  Enjoy breakfast 
in the sunroom overlooking the meadow.  Enjoy cooking in the large 
well equipped kitchen with new appliances and plenty of dishes and 
utensils.  We also have satellite TV, a regulation pool table, ping 
pong, and lots of toys and games.  All linens and towels are 
provided.
Enjoy walking in the woods and star gazing at night.

The immaculate home has four comfortable bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 
and four twins.  There are two full baths.  Views of Magic Mountain 
from the living room and dining area.

Enjoy summer theater in Weston or Dorset.  Shop 'til you drop in 
Manchester.  Have fun at Bromley in the summer on their alpine 
slide, mini golf, and fun zone.  New this year is the Sun Mountain
Flyer, one of only 10 in the U.S.

Enjoy golf at Stratton or ride the gondola to the top of the 
mountain 
and hike the trails to the fire tower for incredible mountain views.

$850 per week in summer and fall, plus 9% Vermont tax and cleaning. 
Fall foliage is at its peak at the end of September through mid-October.

Our home is happily rented for the winter of 2009-2010.  Please think
of us for 2010-2011.

Holiday season November 15, 2010 to January 5, 2011, is $2,500, plus 
utilities, plowing, cleaning, and security.


Winter seasonal rental is $8,000 from January 6, 2011 to April 15, 
2011, plus utilities, plowing, cleaning and security.
