common deck with patio furniture and a shower to rinse off. You also
have a private enclosed porch with furniture for your own use. located
adjacent to the porch is the wash room which has a washer/dryer for
your use. 

Drive 20 minutes north to the fabulous Broadway at the Beach, a giant
outdoor mall with shopping, restaurants, movie theater, Ripley's
Aquarium, miniature golf, Alabama theatre. There is a section of the
mall that is all nightclubs, hosting some of the best. Hardrock Cafe,
Planet Hollywood, The Nascar Cafe' and experience where you can dine
and drive scale models nascar cars. 

There is ample golfing with over 100 courses to fit any level of play.
Fishing in Murells Inlet, Outlet shopping 30 minutes away inland on
HWY 501. 

At the beach you can relax, or rent boats, wave runners, or pier
fishing from one of 4 piers. Visit the Myrtle Beach State Park located
on the beach or 20 minutes south is the Huntingdon Beach State park,
Home to Atalaya, the home of the artist responsible for the beautiful
outdoor Brookgreen Gardens. 

In the summer months Memorial day to Labor day the rate is $550.00 +
$65.00 cleaning fee.
April-May, and Sept-October the weekly rate is $400.00 +$65.00 cleaning.
During the winter months the rate is $700.00 a month + $75 cleaning fee.
