davenport that sleeps 2, laundry facilities, a double room (2 double 
beds), and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.   

2 Victoria St. is a fully furnished and functional home away from 
home.  Find 2 free parking permits, cable TV, Internet access, free 
local calling, DVD player, CD player, a selection of board games and 
playing cards, maid service (discuss details when making 
reservation), free laundry supplies and laundry facilities, and a 
supply of fire logs.  Get a good night's sleep in our luxurious, 
warm, cozy beds.  Cook your bacon and eggs or a gourmet meal in our 
fully stocked kitchen.  Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the 
sun rise over Cabot Tower from the back porch.

This beautifully restored old Victorian home is located in the heart 
of downtown St. John's, the oldest city in North America.  You will 
be within walking distance to Signal Hill, the waterfront, the 
Convention Center and Stadium, the infamous George St., the Basilica, 
and fine shopping and dining.  Take a whale watching tour on the 
Scademia.  Check out the Geo Science Center on Signal Hill.  Golf, 
kayak, hike or bike.  Whatever it is that you like to do on vacation, 
you will find access to it in downtown St. John's.  We want you to 
make 2 Victoria St. your home away from home.   

Year round flat rate of $250 per night, $1500 per week, seven nights 
consecutively.  

Long term rates are negotiable and will depend on length of stay.
