This quaint little cottage is nestled into the side of Pine Hill on a 
dead end road on the very edge of a tiny back water town by the name 
of Walton. If you like the idea of taking a trip back in time, 
getting close to nature and meeting some down home country folk this 
may be the vacation you've been waiting for, however, If you expect 
to find a piece of chocolate on your pillow and breakfast in bead you 
will be disappointed. The house is often vacant for periods of time 
so you can expect a few cobwebs. The lawn is mowed once a month so 
the grass is often high and the weeds are abundant. If you decide to 
use the barbeque on the landing above the steps you'll need to clear 
some weeds.

Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room 
a nice little front porch and a large screened back porch.
Upstairs you'll find a full bath, a den and two bedrooms. The master 
has a Queen and the other two cots.
Hiking up Pine Hill offers a gateway to discovery and adventure. Be 
sure to bring hiking boots. The terrain is steep and rugged.

You might not think that hiking through someone's back yard is a big 
deal until you hike through mine. I only own 3.5 Acers and most of 
that is on a steep incline surrounded by town and state owned forest, 
but Pine Hill can be a chalange

Security deposit $100 per week

Laundry, linen and maid service is not provided and you would have to 
supply your own sheets and towels. Please give serious thought to the 
vacation commitment before sending us your security deposit. The 
PayPal money transfer or check you send will reserve the Little House 
on Pine Hill and prevent us from renting it to others so this 
security deposit is non-refundable and will only be refunded to you 
after your stay assuming the house is left clean and undamaged and 
the key is returned. We don't allow pets, smoking or hunting on the 
property, but we do supply dishes, cutlery and cooking and cleaning 
utensils, a 25" cable TV with a VCR and a temporary escape from the 
rat race.
