RATES: (In Australian Dollars)
- $200 per night double or $1200 per week double, 
- Extra adult at $30 per night or $180 per week (15 years and over), 
- Extra child at $20 per night or $120 per week (under 15 years), 
- Long stay rates are negotiable (longer term being greater than 3 
months), 

CONDITIONS: 
- Minimum of 4 nights stay during off-peak season, 
- 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, 
- Balance is payable prior to arrival, 
- Deposits are non-refundable unless by special arrangement, 
- Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards, 
- Check-out time is by 10 am, 
- Phone calls are limited to local calls only, 
- Arden House will be cleaned prior to your arrival,
