kitchen. Ample bed linens provided. Washer and Dryer. Two stereo 
systems. Four televisions with DVD/VCR.Outside patio with Viking 
professional gas grill and Weber charcoal grill. Beach chairs/towels 
and coolers provided.

1/4 mile to Steps Beach and the Cliffside Beach Club and the center 
of town. Just down the street from the Oldest House and around the 
corner from 'Something Natural Bakery and sandwich shop'.

NIGHTLY RATE: (November 1st to June 30th) $1,000 per night for the 
first two nights. $500 per night thereafter. (Holidays minimum of 
three night rental)
SHOULDER SEASON: (May 15th to June 30th and September 15th to 
October 31st) $4,500 per week or use the nightly rate.
HIGH SEASON: $7,500 to $8,500 depending on the week rented. 
Saturday/Saturday turnover required.
