Big Island, Hawaii - New Cottage Hideaway On Kohala Mountain With 
Maui Views

Located in the oldest district of Hawaii, new (2006) cottage, 1,000 
sq ft hideaway. Full kitchen, bath, two patios with Maui Views, 
sleeping loft, washer and dryer, Dish Network satellite, 21" TV with 
DVD and VCR, stereo with CD/Tape player, Three (3) night minimum. 
Maximum occupancy 4 people. No children under the age of 7. 

Spectacular views that overlook the ocean and the Island of Maui and 
it's most remote location, Hana. The property is up a country road 
on an acre surrounded by Norfolk Pines. 

Full Kitchen, washer dryer, three lanai/patios, views from upstairs 
loft bedroom looking out to hills and Hana on Maui beyond the 
ocean.  Located adjacent to our family home.  Still situated for 
compolete privacy but you have the advantage of being able to ask us 
where to go and how to get their :).  As we also have every amenity 
in our home, if you find you don't have something just ask your 
friendly neighbor :)

Secluded and exclusive town of Hawi feels like you've driven through 
a desert and found an oasis.  We are located 1,800 feet above sea 
level on the upper road heading out to another town called Waimea.  
Rolling grassy hills and a fresh cool breeze to relax you after a 
long hot day at the beach 25 minutes away.

$110.00 per night for one, each additional person add $25.00 plus 
general excise tax of 4.167%.  A $100.00 cleaning/security deposit 
is required and 50% deposit upon reservation confirmation.  The 
balance due 30 days before arrival.  If cancellation occurs, the 50% 
deposit is non-refundable, unless it is re-rented.  Then the deposit 
along with the other 50% balance is refunded.  The $100.00 
cleaning/security deposit is non-refundable and applied as the 
cancellation fee.
