three bedrooms and two full baths and sleeps eight comfortably. Relax 
on the front deck just 100 steps to the beach or on the back porch 
with sunsets over the salt marsh.

    The house is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, CATV, DVD, 
high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, central 
air conditioning/heat and plenty of off-street parking. Pets are 
negotiable(dogs only).

    Guests are only required to bring bed linens and towels. Smoking 
is not permitted.

    The bay beach, one block from the house, is perfect for people of 
all ages. The gentle surf and soft sand are ideal for swimming, 
building sand castles, fishing or just soaking up the sun.

    For those who prefer bigger waves, the ocean beach at Cape 
Henlopen State Park is a short bike ride away. Deep sea fishing and 
dolphin/whale watching cruises are available at the nearby Lewes-
Rehoboth Canal front.

    Lewes (pronounced Lewis), Delaware has over 375 years of history, 
making it the first town in the first state. Lovely Dutch 
architecture, historic homes and a real American main street with 
antique shops and great restaurants make Lewes a special place with a 
hometown feel.

    The boardwalk at Rehoboth beach and 140 outlet stores with tax 
free shopping are just ten minutes drive away. Enjoy a day trip to 
scenic Cape May, NJ on the Cape May-Lewes ferry.
