Built in 1852 - Come stay in one of the oldest antebellum homes
in Savannah!
The entire house is yours to enjoy! Completely remodeled 3 bedroom,
2 bath home opened in January 2007. Original heart pine floors
throughout and beautifully furnished w/many extras. Sleeps 8
(bedrooms have 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full beds; living room has two
single sleeper couches suitable for two children.) Living room and
all bedrooms feature high definition flat screen TV/DVD players. High
speed wireless internet access. Bedrooms feature luxurious bedding.
Downstairs bathroom features antique claw-foot soaking tub with hand-
held shower, as well as a separate stand-alone shower stall; second
bathroom has a shower over a full-size tub. Brand new top-of-the-line
kitchen with all amenities (dinnerware, glasses, cookware,
coffeemaker, etc. etc.) Also included is a full-sized washer and
dryer. A large deck extends off the kitchen with a gas grill, two
patio tables with umbrellas and plenty of seating. Non-metered on-
street parking is available.
The 1952 House is within walking distance to Trolley Tours, Carriage
and Walking Tours, shopping, restaurants and many museums. The
Visitors' Center is only a few blocks away.
Rates start at $130-150/night Sun-Thurs, depending on group size and
season. Weekends and holidays extra.

Deposit: Half of total rental cost is charged for reserving the
unit, second half is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 21+ days prior to arrival - full amount refunded
20-14 days prior - $100 cancellation fee charged
13-6 days prior - $200 cancellation fee charged
5 or fewer days prior - loss of entire deposit
If rental is able to be re-rented, then entire deposit is refunded
less $20 processing fee.
