man made lake.  The lake is loaded with fish and turtles, and is a 
popular landing spot for ducks.  Two decks extend over the water 
offering a spectacular view of the surroundings.  

There is approx 1700 square feet of living space, with 3 bedrooms.  
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, offering you even more privacy.  
There is one bedroom on the third floor and two bedrooms on the 
second floor.  Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, the third bedroom 
has a bunked bed with a full at the bottom and a twin at the top. 
There are two full sized pull out sofas in the living room. We also 
offer a crib.    

Full size kitchen with all appliances and washers and dryers.

$150.00 per night, except for holidays.  Holidays $175.00 per night
with 4 night minimum, $100.00 cleaning fee, 12.5% accommodation tax,
$150.00 refundable security deposit required to reserve your dates .

Monthly rental $2500.00,$100.00 cleaning fee, 12.5% accommodation
tax,$150.00 refundable security deposit. Monthly rental period does
not apply March to September.

$150 deposit required to hold dates.  Balance must be paid prior to 
stay.  

Paypal is my preferred method of payment because of the security it 
provides to the renter and myself.  I will not accept payment for 
more than the total amount due and I will not send money to anyone 
else.

Total refund if cancelled at least one month prior to stay, or two 
months prior to stay if booked during a holiday season.
