Villa Tuzlabeli sits on a hillside in an area of spectacular natural 
beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests and rugged 
Hillsides. The cooling mountain breezes are perfect for when the 
local temperatures soar in the summer months.
On entering the villa you come across the large open plan living 
area with stairs leading to the second floor. An archway leads you 
to the main bathroom, 1 bedroom with its own balcony (convenient if 
you have a person that has difficulty with stairs), and kitchen that 
has patio doors leading out onto a large terrace.
The lounge area has seating for eight people and patio doors lead 
out onto the pool terrace. From the lounge you go through sliding 
doors into the dining room which has seating for ten people, there 
is a French balcony that overlooks the pool.
Upstairs you will find, the master bedroom, With a king size bed, en-
suite shower room and balcony. Two twin bed rooms one of which has a 
balcony. And you will also find the family room with a double bed, 
sofa bed and space for a cot. The family room also has access to a 
large sun terrace that overlooks the pool. There is also a family 
shower room on this floor. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and 
the 3 double bedrooms have hair dryers. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Kettle, toaster, microwave, 
electric oven, electric/gas hob, dish washer, washing machine, 
fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, pans, cutlery, iron and ironing 
board, china dinner set, plastic ware for outside and a cool bag 
with ice pack.
The dining room seats ten people.
The open plan lounge has an open working fire place, television with 
dvd player sound system as well as is selection of books, board 
games, CDs, and DVDs. There is also a sofa bed located in the lounge.
The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubical.
All the bedrooms have a wardrobe dressing table and bedside tables. 
The pool terrace is fully equipped and has steps leading down to the 
BBQ area and gardens that have been planted with shrubs and fruit 
trees. On the north west side of the house there is another patio area.
All linen and towels as well as separate towels for use by the pool 
or at the beach are provided.
We can also provide you with an all terrain 3 wheeler pushchair, cot 
and high chair on request 
We are happy to help arrange your airport transfers car hire and any 
trips that you may want to take.
We will also leave you a basic welcome pack (so you can enjoy a nice 
cup of tea when you arrive). 

The villa also has central heating

Just a short walk from the villa is the village of Uzumlu where you 
can buy local produce. There is also a post office, restaurants, 
wine bar, and a local market on Fridays.The village is one of 
spectacular natural beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine 
forests rugged hillsides and fields of cotton, sesame, aniseed, 
wheat, barley and a variety of vegetables as well as apples, grapes, 
almonds, pears, figs and olives . At the start of the season the 
poppies and other wild flowers fill the meadows with an abundance of 
colour. 
Several ancient ruins are within driving distance but if your 
feeling energetic, walk up to the nearby hilltop Roman city of 
Cadianda, dating back to the 5th century B.C. the views are breath 
taking. 
The port town of Fethiye is 18km away. There are modern 
supermarkets, shops with quality leather goods, carpets and designer 
clothes and many restaurants as well as a large market. The resorts 
of Olu Deniz which is famous for its lagoon as well as being the 
centre for paragliding, Hisaronu which has a lively night life and 
Kaya koy the town left deserted by the Greeks in the 19th century 
are all within easy driving distance of Fethiye. Slightly further 
away is the unspoilt sandy beach at Patara. The nearest beach to the 
villa is Calis, which is a quiet yet busy holiday resort that is a 
significant nesting place for turtles. A good selection of bars and 
restaurants line the promenade and there is also a water park. Water 
taxis run regularly between Calis and Fethiye harbour.

Access to the property is available from 16:00 on the first day of
rental and must be vacated by 10:00 on the agreed departure date
unless otherwise agreed.

Out of season lettings (Nov 5th-31 March)will be charged extra for
central heating (gas) and electric at local rates.

When booking we require 25% of the rental with the Booking Form, the 
balance is then paid 12 weeks before arrival together with a £150 
damage deposit which will be returned to you within 14 days of your 
return.

We can arrange return transfers for your party from Dalaman Airport 
to the villa ( 50-60 mins ) in either a minibus or in a car at a 
cost of £70 each way (price would be confirmed when asked)
