 Description  


Cosy one room boathouse available for 1 week or week end getaway. 
Great fishing. No cable or internet. Only movies can be watched on 
tv. and 1 snowy channel...Sorry no cable hooked up.
Dock, refrigerator, microwave, sleeps 2. No partiers please. Just a 
quiet getaway for fishermen or boaters. Maximum 2 people.

 Amenities 

 

Pool, dock, grill, lounge chairs for sun bathing, parking next to 
boathouse. Very unique and relaxing. Awesome views all around. Swim 
fish, boat. Marina nearby and Macon is 8 miles away .


 Rates 

 


$150 per night or $600 per week. Minimum stay 2 days and maximum stay 
2 weeks. $100 security deposit will be refunded upon check out as 
long as property is not damaged.
