The flat is 40 sq. metres and in an old building, but totally
renovated and fully furnished. It has central heating, wooden floors,
and white walls. Kitchen, toilet, living room, bedroom, and shower. It
easily accommodates two and has a double sofabed for two more.

We can arrange for taxis to pick you up from the airport or provide
simple instructions to reach the flat from railway and bus stations or
the airport.

It's a smoke-free flat. Pets are welcome. There is street space for
parking.

The Sitting/dining room has cable TV, high-speed Internet connections,
a computer desk, hifi with CD player, a dining table for 4 and a large
sofa-bed

The Double-bedroom has an adjoining shower. There is a separate toilet.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas oven, washing
machine, fridge/freezer, and full range of kitchen utensils, crockery
and cutlery.

The price includes all linen and towels and the cost of cleaning
before your arrival and at the end of your stay.

The flat is on the top floor of the block (there's an elevator!), and
looks over Kardinal Nagl Square, which is a pleasant place to sit.
It's 1 minute from the Underground (U3) line and just 2 stops to Wien
Mitte in the heart of Vienna. It's on several bus routes, too.

It's also near cafés, restaurants and shops. It's a short walk to
Prater Park - a haven of peace, the Donau Kanal, and Belvedere with
its interesting art exhibitions.
