peaceful green setting of Sestri Levante hillside. Set in the
pineyard of Casarza Ligure ant only 2km from Sestri Levante "Ca du
Marco" is the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation, for a romantic
escape or as joyful vacatrion house for families with kids. It also a
good starting point for any excusrion to the beatiful nearby resorts
of Portofino, S.Margherita Ligure, Cinque Terre or Genova.

Ca du Marco is set on a two floors area so composed :
Entrance living room with sofa, national tv, radio-stereo hifi +
kitchen area with 4burns stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. A
wood stair leads you up to the 1st european floor with one double
room with letto matrimoniale with adjoining sitting area (where is
possible to add an extra single bed + 1 bath with shower + 1 twin
bedded room + 1 bath with shower.
All around the house a lovely english garden, on a two levels with
fruits and olive trees.
A typical ligurian hand made barbeque area with artigianal wood oven
compeltes teh garden area
For your car there is a private covered garage inside the property
Ca du Marco is exclusvely non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Being disposend on more levels we suggest to pay attention to small
kids

Any extra person is charged Euro 100,00 x month
Rates are inclusive of the use of all house amenities described
Water, gas and light consumptions included
Extras :
- Obbligatory Bed linen = Euro 15,00 x person x 1 week or every
change required
- Obbligatory weekly cleaning = Euro 50,00 x week
- Obbligatory final cleaning = Euro 80,00
Payment is accepted BY CASH ONLY
Upon reservation 40% of total stay is required as guarantee deposit
