Olive Grove apartment is a bright, modern, spacious, one bedroom 
holiday home of 50 sq/mtrs. It is set on the edge of the olive 
groves near a small hillside village midway between Kalamata and 
Stoupa in the Messinia region of the Peloponnese. With the sea to 
the west (so you should get some spectacular sunsets) and the 
Taigetos mountains to the east you are surrounded by glorious views. 
This is rural Greece at its best, where the villagers 
wave to you as they pass by on their way to work in the olive groves 
or to tend their sheep and goats. The nightlife here is listening to 
the cicadas and watching the lights of the fishing boats in the bay. 
There are excellent tavernas only 5 minutes drive down the hill, and 
the gently sloping Santava beach is just 5kms. This beautiful area 
of Greece begs to be explored, with the historic sites of Mystra, 
Messini and Olympia all easily reached for a day trip, and walking 
the Taigetos gorges is not to be missed. Olive Grove apartment has 
every thing you need for a great holiday, and its position and 
stunning views make it a very special place for you to relax and 
unwind. 

Olive Grove apartment was built in 2004 and has an open-plan living 
room and kitchen/diner. There is a double bedroom with twin beds and 
a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The bedroom also has a wardrobe and 
small dressing table and stool. The fully tiled shower room with 
toilet and wash hand basin has a modern standard of plumbing. There 
is a small patio area for outdoor meals and shady spots on the 
adjoining terraces in the garden to relax in. Linen is changed on 
Sunday and Wednesday.

Our prices include the following : "Meet and greet" at Kalamata 
airport. All towels and bed linen (changed twice weekly). 
Electricity and water charges. A "welcome" pack of basic provisions 
to get you started .

Payment: A non refundable deposit of 10% of total rental is required 
for all bookings made more than 2 weeks in advance of arrival date . 
Full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival. 

Payment is to be by a cheque drawn on either a Sterling or Euro 
account. Details of where to send your payment will be sent to you 
with your booking confirmation. Discounts apply for stays of more 
than 2 weeks. 

Your stay can be as long or short as you wish, but flights direct 
from the UK arrive on Thursdays and Sundays.

Vacation of the apartment on departure days is flexible and is 
dependant on the next visitors arrival. We will arrange this with 
you during your stay and would ask for your co-operation.
