Description
|
|
This 800 square foot 2 bedroom condo rents for $135 a day for 1-3
people and $160 per day for 4-6 people with a $30 charge for each
other person, regardless of age. This condo comfortably sleeps
up to 6 people.
This condo is specifically marketed for those who have more taste
than money and who are progressive, open-minded thinkers and who
appreciate diversity and like to get out and really enjoy being on
vacation, but want to have luxuries and all the comforts of home
too.
The condo is located in a multicultural quiet residential
neighborhood in Washington, DC, ten minutes away from downtown and
popular tourist attractions, such as the U.S. Capitol, Smithsonian
Museums, and the National Mall.
If you are into cookie-cutter subdivisions, highrise condos with
lovely scenic views, swimming pools, and movie stars, or a phony
Ward and June Cleaver lifestyle, this condo is NOT for you.
However, if you want to be around down to earth locals, value
family, community, and a sense of inclusion and peace of mind, then
please read on because we welcome guests like you! We tell EVERYONE
this, but especially want to inform those who are from small towns
and those who have NEVER had any exposure to living or working in a
diverse city like Washington, DC.
LOCATION
The neighborhood where the condo is is relatively peaceful with
mostly settle-aged (I don't want to say elderly) people and
families.
This area is historic, residential, and quiet. There is not alot
of foot-traffic on my block and people usually stay to themselves--
they are not unfriendly, but people are not nosy and all in other
people’s affairs, which is good. They really don't tolerate "rabble-
rousers," so we are VERY selective about who we rent the condo to.
We want this condo to continue to be a safe and respectable haven
for all our patrons.
Because this condo is not in walking distance of a Metro train, most
of our guests have found it more efficient and practical to drive
and because of this, we provide easy unlimited access to downtown
parking 24 hours a day, plus other parking options in VA and MD.
There is also an abundance of street parking right downstairs from
the condo for your convenience. This is a really great and
unexpected perk all of our guests love!
Downtown DC, Union Station, Chinatown/Penn Quarter, and Gallery
Place are also a 10 minute ride away.
This condo is very ideal lodging for EVERYONE decent, but most of
our patrons are either families, couples, group vacationers, or
single business travelers. One thing for certain is that everyone
loves our willingness to help, be upfront and truthful, and also all
the unique amenities we provide. We love to put our customers first!
The condo sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and offers 2 bedrooms
(one with queen bed, one with full bed and another queen bed in the
unit), and one full bathroom. The sleeping quarters are ideal for
anyone requiring a fully functional spacious living arrangement and
of course all of the furnishings are very clean and of the best
quality, which makes us proud to rent our condo to you.
