This is a very spacious house, sitting on a 1.25 acre forested lot.  
It offers a lot of seclusion, yet is only a mile to downtown 
packwood for dining, groceries, and assorted other services. We are 
20 miles from White pass, and 7 miles from the South entrance of Mt. 
Raineer. There is a large herd of Elk that frequents the property.

The vast wilderness of Gifford Pinochet national forest offers many 
activities including fishing and swiming in one of the many small 
lakes and rivers in the area. There are many hiking trails in the 
area of varied lengths and skill levels. The property offers easy 
day trips to both Mt. Raineer and Mt.St helens. Or, you can just 
relax and enjoy a good book siting by the fire in the great room.

2 full bathrooms, master bath is huge containing a full walk in 
closet.
Great room has a wood burning fireplace.
There are 3 TV sets, 2 of which are hooked up to sattelite with 
premium channels. The 3rd is hooked up to vcr player and game 
counsel with a good selection of movies and games for the children.
Kitchen is fully equiped and will make cooking fun and inspire you 
to create trully succulent meals.

The Marqui Epic hot tub is truly AWESOME with its 30 jets and 10 
zones.  It will surely melt away all your tensions.

good book.

Assorted winter activities are available including, skiing, snow 
boarding, snowmobiling, sledding, snowshoeing. The summer fun 
includes mountain biking, climbing, hiking, climbing, horseback 
riding,fishing, hunting. The list goes on and on.

Packwood is well situated for day trips:
Mt Raineer National Park 10 minutes
Yakima and its numerous winneries are 1.50 hrs 
Seattle 2.50 hrs
Portland 2.50 hrs

Mid Week Special    $140.00 per night ( 2 night min.)
Weekend Special     $160.00 Per night (2 night min.)
Spring ski special  Book 3 nights and receive 2 free midweek adult 
                    ski passes. Additional ski passes available at
                    $25.00 ( ski passes not valid weekends, or 
                    holidays).
