We are pleased to offer you an affordable vacation week in the 
scenic eastern side of Michigan's upper penninsula.  The cottage is 
located approximately 10 miles south of Sault Ste. Marie on the St. 
Mary's River (Lake Nicolet) in a very quiet area.  View Great Lakes 
freighters from the living room or the very large open deck.  
Eagles, ospreys and migratory birds are common sights, so be sure to 
bring your binoculars.  Launch your boat from the beautiful Dunbar 
DNR ramp or one of the ramps available in the Soo, or make use of 
the available 14' aluminum rowboat.  A variety of fish are waiting 
to be caught from Munuscong Lake to the Soo electric power plant or 
over in Lake George.

Guests must provide their own personal items such as towels, soap, 
paper, all food products.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/NO PETS

The cottage is furnished with the following amenities:
- 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen/eating area, living room,
  large entrance room with additional sleeping.
- stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker
- all dishes, pots, pans, silverware and utensils
- sleeps 4 to 9 people with full bed in the main bedroom, twin bunks
  in small bedroom, twin/full bunk in entrance room and full size
  sleeper sofa in the living room.  Sheets, pillows and blankets are
  provided.
- color tv (local stations only) with vcr
- charcoal barbeque grill (you provide your own charcoal)

Please provide your own life jackets and seat cushions for boat use, 
or we can provide them for a $25.00 refundable deposit.  You are 
responsible for any damage to the boat.

You are minutes away from historic Sault Ste. Marie and it's many 
shops.  visit the Soo Locks, the Valley Camp Museum Ship, go on a 
Soo Locks Tour.  You can also use the cottage as a base for 
sightseeing throughout the eastern upper penninsula - Tahquamenon 
Falls, Whitefish Pointe, etc.

A reservation deposit of $150.00 is required to hold the cottage.
The weekly rate of $600.00 is for up to 4 people.  $25.00 for each 
additional person.

Rental week is Saturday 4:00pm through Saturday 10:00am
