the water's edge. Five of our cabins sit approximately 450 ft up the 
mountain top with SPECTACULAR views of Beaver Lake with trails 
leading to the waterfront..walking down is not so bad...walking up 
will kill ya...you can drive down and park close to the dock and 
swim deck. Bring your camera...the view from the mountain top is 
breath taking! 

One and two story cabins with jacuzzis for two, fireplaces, full 
kitchens, Satellite Tv,Dvd,Vcr,Cd players, free large video library, 
outdoor grills,large covered decks with SPECTACULAR views! Cabins 
sleep 2-10 guests. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries,romantic 
get aways,and family reunions. SORRY..NO PETS PERMITTED! Large 
covered boat dock with slips available. Enjoy our large swim 
deck..great for swimming, fishing and sunning in the clear waters of 
Beaver Lake. Horseshoes,gazzebo, gift shop,internet hook up at the 
office, trails to the lakefront and on site coin op laundry. 

Secluded...yet just 9 miles from historical, unique, down town 
Eureka Springs and all it's attractions. Bring your boat or rent 
fishing boats,pontoons and jet skis at nearby Starkey Marina. Enjoy 
lots of nature, wildlife, hiking and birdwatching..just outside your 
cabin door. Hire striper fishing guides to pick you up and return 
you to our dock. Enjoy trophie trout fishing, canoeing and kayaking 
on the White River or take an eagle watch boat tour on the Belle of

*First night deposit paid in full to confirm reservation for 1-4 
night stays.
*Two night deposit paid in full for 5 or more night stays.

*Personal check accepted if reservation is made three weeks prior 
and must be received    
  within 7 days of booking date.                  
*Guests are responsible for all nights reserved
*Sorry…no refunds for early departure.
*Balance is due upon check-in.
*Check-in time: guaranteed by 3:00pm (however, cabins are usually 
available by 1pm)
*Check-out time: 11am
*SORRY NO PETS allowed on Lake Shore property

Cancellation & Re-scheduling

Your deposit will be refunded less $25.00 booking fee if you cancel 
or re-schedule at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival 
date.  If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 14 days notice, 
your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent all of 
your reserved days. No refunds for early departure unless we can re-
rent your remaining days
