 Description 


2009 Newly Renovated - The first floor has an open floor plan with the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen area with cozy fireplace setting in fall and winter, Ocean Views from Living Room, Queen Sleeper sofa, and TV/DVD. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Queens, and 1 set of single bunk beds. The front bedrooms have ocean views from their bay windows. The bathroom has handicapped accessible, bars in room and stand up shower stall with bar and built in chair with high toilets throughout house. There is a mudroom in the back with utility sink, and washer dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking gear,fancy glassware for drinks, bread machine, and ice cream maker. The fridge is a 36 inch and has an auto icemaker and water machine. The second floor has a second Living Room with Ocean and Bay Views, TV/DVD,Large Rocker to lull babies to sleep on, and Queen Sleeper Sofa, and double sleeper couch, and a single bean bag sleeper couch. There are 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom has a King Size Bed, amazing Ocean Views with wrap around windows facing beach, a sitting room with a table to play games on or do puzzles.This room is attached with etched stain glass French Doors that can open to allow overflow from Living Room if needed. There is a Queen Size bed inf the bayside room. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The back of the Second and Third floor is for the Owners Use Locked Out with Private Back Step Entrance. We are here 24 hours to assist you if there are any problems, or you have any questions or need suggestions on what to do while you are here. We have 2 teen daughters if you need a break and want a sitter. There is a Fourth Floor Roof Deck with Panoramic Ocean and Bay Views including sights of AC, Bridge, and miles of the Island itself, the night skyline is Captivating with lights, and Fourth Of July Weekend there is no need to go anywhere but upstairs with the family. The front yard has a nice garden that attracts many birds and butterflies for your wildlife fix while you are away from your feeders if any. The lot parks 6 cars for your needs, and there is 2 reserved spots in the front for the Owner. The back yard has 2 Large Dining Tables, Clothesline, Gas Grill and Outdoor Shower with bench. We have 5 great eateries in walking distant. Kubel's Restraunt/Bar/Liqour Store, it has great Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks and appetizer specials daily at 4pm, great food. Joey's Pizza great family place, Bisque nice quiet meal for adults, Pinzzamino's Italian Restaurant,a deli-Country Market type for take out, and 2 ice cream shops all in a 7 block walk. At the end of our street there are surf shops. Brighton Beach Surf shop rents surf/chairs/beach etc. and offers daily lessons to teach you to surf, and many things to buy,the other Acme Surf and Skate rents bikes, and items to buy. There is an Acme market 10 blocks, and the country market 7 blocks away. A post office is 10 block away, Tee shirt shop, Pottery Shop, and Wizard of Odds Antiques. At the Acme there is a 4 plex stadium seating movie theater. The Bay Beach is 17 blocks, it includes tennis, basketball, playground equipment, baseball field, bocce, horseshoes,volleyball court,crabbing dock, fishing pier,windsurfing,kayaking area and great sunsets for all. We are located in a quiet part of the Island, so walking, jogging, biking, rollerblading is peaceful. Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven is a must for families with children. Across from the park ther is Bay Village, many shops, and a bay beach, boat ramp, arcade, water slide park, mini golf, and center of town. DUE AT BOOKING - $1000.00 Security deposit plus 1/2 of total rental fee to reserve week. 2. DUE AT CHECK IN- Remaining balance of due rent. **A $300 cleaning fee will be held at check in time and will be returned at check out time if house is in clean and rentable condition, otherwise it will be used for cleaning services. Securitiy fees will be returned within 7 days after house is checked for damages, loss. The tenant agrees as follows: to pay the rent as specified and in default thereof, to forfeit all payment made on account and all rights hereunder; not to assign this lease or sub-let the premises; not to use or occupy the premise except for residential purposes; to keep and maintain the property in good order and to repair or replace at Tenant’s expense any item or furnishing that may be damaged or broken. On expiration of this lease, the tenant will leave the premises clean and ready for occupancy, otherwise a $300 cleaning fee will be imposed. The lease premise shall not be occupied by more than 16 people. All occupants names, addresses, and phone numbers to be supplied upon request. Tenant agrees to abide by all local ordinances and laws. Unnecessary disturbances, nose complaints, etc. will void this lease. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES !! NO SMOKING!! Tenant shall furnish linens, blankets, towels, and such other items the tenant desires. No refund from cancellation until premises re- rented at same price. All refunds subject to 25% cancellation fee.
