This nice private apartment is 50 sqm large and has a livingroom,
kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, veranda, and a 4000
sqm large garden.
The apartment is located on a hill between the villages Porto Heli
and Kranidi, surrounded by olive trees. The supermarkets and shops
of Kranidi are only 1 km away, Porto Heli centre 5km.
There are many beaches in the area (Porto Heli - Ermioni - Kilada),
the most can be reached by car within 10 minutes. If you stay 2
weeks, you can enjoy every day a different beach if you want!

The place is perfect for relaxing holidays away from the crowd. If

privacy! The apartment has 1 doublebed. If you need, we can place
additional a guest-bed or child-bed in the large livingroom.
PORTO HELI is about 180 km from Athens by road (Peninsula
Peloponnese in the region Argolida). It has one of the safest
natural harbors of Greece and the town shops, cafes, bars, taverns
and beaches are only a few meters away from the port.
There are daily Ferry Boats from Athens (Pireaus Port) to Porto Heli
and the surrounding islands. The hydrofoil service "Flying Cat"
(Catamaran) and "Flying Dolphin" (hydrofoil) operate on a daily
basis between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm.
The Apartment POLI OREA (which means: very nice) is ideally
situated, approx. 5 km away from the beach and centre of Porto Heli.
In this area you'll find many bays with sand and gravel beaches.
Veveronda, Maistraki and Hinitsa are good for swimming and
snorkeling and all have beach bars to provide you with snacks and
cold drinks. Additional you can find some beautiful bay areas with
no tourists around.
The fishing villages Ermioni, Kilada and the village Kranidi are
very near and perfect for a visit. The near island of Spetses can be
reached with taxi boats; also recommended are daytrips to Poros
Island, Hydra Island and to the near antic sites of Epidavros,
Mycaene, Nafplio, Corinthos and Athens.
You can reach Porto Heli by car, taxi, bus, ferry boats and
helicopter.
