This nice beach-front property is located about 5 km east of Porto 
Heli  in an area called "Agios Emilianos," where there are many 
luxury villas. Porto Heli is a picturesque town with a natural port 
and wonderful beaches. It is located about 180 km from Athens, on 
the southern coast of Argolis, just opposite the island of Spetses.

area and a greek xenona (guest’s apartment), BBQ, sauna, swimming

Porto-Heli, Kranidi, Spetses Island, Hydra Island, fishing village 
Ermioni and Kilada with nearest is Porto Heli, a short drive. But an 
additional ten minute boat ride will take you to Spetses, a 
beautiful island with better shopping. Ermioni (15 km) has romantic 
Greek Tavernas and Cafes. In 50km distance is the famous antic site 
of Epidavros.
