conservatory. Walled south and west facing (suntrap) courtyard
garden with patio, patio furniture and summer house. Your car may be
parked immediately in front of the front door (grab rails at front
step).

food and drink is 5 minutes walk. The New Forest National Park, a
unique and ancient environment is 5 minutes drive and the sea is a 5
minute drive. The village of Milford on Sea offering several pubs
and retaurants and a very special fish and chip shop is a 5 minute
drive. The sailing centre of Lymington, an ancient and picturesque
town is 7 minutes drive. The city port of Southampton with it's
ocean liners is a 30 minute drive. The typically English seaside
resort town of Bournemouth is a 20 minute drive. Both Southampton
and Bournemouth are centres for shopping.

Rates |
|
A non refundable £50 deposit secures your booking. The 2007 weekly
rental varies between £210 and £365 depending on time of year.
Highest rate applies during July and August. The full rental must be
paid 6 weeks before the date of your stay, or on booking if stay is
less than 6 weeks away. Two nights cost £120. Three or more nights
cost £55 per night, or weekly rate, whichever is less.
