BLUE MARLIN and COQUINA can be rented together or separately. On 2.5
acres of mature gardens and lawns that front the edge of the beach,
yet only 8 min from the center of Treasure Beach. The ocean is calm
and ideal for children.

BLUE MARLIN is well-shaded and situated to catch ocean breezes.
Every room has a ceiling fan.
View the sea and the beach from the verandah and living room through
louvered windows and foldback doors.
The dining room features a three-pedestal Jamaican antique mahogany
table that seats 14 -- plus, a trophy blue marlin mounted above a
showcase of locally-found shells. There are also two outdoor dining
areas, one under an arbor, for casual breakfast, lunch or dinner al
fresco.
Four bedrooms: one with California kingsize four-poster and private
bath; one with standard kingsize and shared bath; one with two twins
and shared bath; one with two twins and private bath.
Board/children's games. Beach & lawn games. Radio/tape/CD player.

Food and liquour are additional.
No charge for children under 2. Airport meeting service/roundtrip

A deposit in the amount of 50% of rental plus a one-time booking fee
of US$85 will secure your re-confirmed reservation; balance and
food/drink kiity due at least 60 days prior to arrival.
DISCOUNTS on renting both villas and on holidays of more than 2
weeks (accomidates up to 14 guests).
All payments in form of wire transfer.
