COQUINA sits atop a slight rise that slopes down over the lawns to
the seaside and long, calm sandy beach. Screened by gardens and
trees, it offers complete privacy for 2-6 guests, should you not
rent both villas together.
COQUINA has twin balconies surveying the sea and sunsets. Classic
mid-century modern furnishings, Jamaican antiques and collections of
Taino artifacts.

Four breeze-, ceiling– & wall– fanned bedrooms, 2 with kingsize bed,
1 with double, 1 with 2 twins, 4 baths, 2 with bidets. CD/radio/tape

available.
Rates include live-out cook, housekeeper and groundskeeper. One
week/7 night rentals.

A minimum 15% of rental staff gratuity is customary and required.
A deposit in the amount of 50% of rental plus a one-time booking fee
of US$85 will secure your re-confirmed reservation; balance and
food/drink kitty due at least 60 days prior to arrival.
DISCOUNTS on renting both villas and on holidays of more than 2
weeks (can accomidate up to 14 guest).
All payments in form of wire transfer.
