Villa Carpini 2 is 545 square mts. Sleeps 22+2 in 11 bedrooms and 11 
bathrooms
with private swimming pool 10 x 5 mts, outdoor furnishings and a 
large bar-b-que . 

Villa Carpini 2 is an ancient villa which was once part of a larger 
farm in the estate including Villa Carpini 1. 
It was recently renovated and brought back to its original 
splendour; situated about 200 mts from Carpini 1, Villa Carpini 2 is 
situated on a small road that leads to the wonderful medieval hamlet 
of Montebenichi. 

The charming villa is a delight to look at and interior decors are 
in typical Tuscan style. 

All bedrooms are very different from each other in style and have 
their own en-suite bathroom. 

Terracotta floors and original vaulted and beamed ceilings add to 
the character of this extremely welcoming villa. 

You will feel at home right away! 

On the ground floor: 
Very spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully 
equipped kitchen (oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), TV/SAT 
room.

On the first floor: 
4 bedrooms with king size beds, 
1 twin bedroom

Torrino Annexe
(110 sqm - Sleeps 4)

The annex is rented only as a part of Villa Carpini 2. 
Torrino is a separate house on the same grounds as the villa, but 
with a private garden patio.

It has :

2 bedrooms - 1 with large king-size bed and 1 with queen bed 
2 en-suite bathrooms (one shower and one bath tub), a separate fully 
functional kitchen with eating area and living room with fireplace.

Prices are per week and are for the house regardless of the number 
of persons, and include a fully equiped kitchen with kitchen towels, 
bath and face towels, and sheets which our guests are given a fresh 
change every week on saturday


Also available, for an extra charge:

There is also a washing machine and dryer in laundry-mat style 
available to all our guests.

to arrange them. Such as grocey shopping and stocking prior to your 
arrival and daily chef hire.

If you will be arriving late Saturday remember that the shops close 
at 7:30 and everything is closed on Sundays, except the bars. 
It is important we know around what time to expect you and can help 
you organise and plan your arrival.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
The villas are situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy 
and is placed in the southern part of Tuscany. 
We are very near the provinces of Umbria and Lazio.


The scenery is typical of the pictures painted by the Renaissance 
artists. It has sweet hills and sweeping valleys, marked by noble 
cypress trees and adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and large 
forests of oaks, giving shade from the heat of the summer, the woods 
have trails and road for walks, mountain biking and horseback riding.
Our 370 Acres of fenced land is inhabited by wild animals:
Deer, wild goats, porcupines, wild boar, hedge hogs, fox, hares, 
squirrels.

The climate is mild, except in July and August when the sun is very 
strong and hot. 

Within a 15/30 minute drive, you can visit the art towns like Siena, 
Monte San Savino, Lucignano and Sinalunga.
In the direction of Chianti there is a constellation of little 
medieval villages and castles, full of history and each with there 
own personal story through the centuries. 
In the direction of Siena there is the "Crete di Siena" a very 
special landscape that changes colour every month delighting artists 
from all over the world.

Within 30/45 minutes drive you can visit places like Cortona, 
Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, Volterra, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, 
Chiusi, Pienza, Montalcino, to name a few. Some are famous for their 
wines. 
Many have an Etruscan background. These villages are always on very 
scenic and unbeaten roads. 
The landscape continually changes, making one hold their breath in 
wonder at what beholds around every corner.

Then of course there is Florence, 45 minutes away. 
The home of the Renaissance, with fantastic churches and huge 
museums full of glorious history and artistic wealth.

We can advise and give information on the various cities of art and 
museums, providing road maps.
It is impossible to see everything and you may plan your stay, or 
just play it by ear. 
Some people just like to relax and sun themselves around the pool - 
our pools are in very scenic positions.

SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENTS

There is the possibility to do the following sports:

MOUNTIAN BIKING: We have 4 mountain bikes available at an additional 
cost per day
TENNIS: Reserve in the office of the winery, rates are per hour.

Horseback riding at our neighbouring Polo Club by reservation. 

Hot air ballooning (their is a company nearby, reservations only)

Hiking or walking in which you may see the local wildlife in our own 
park.
Fishing in our small lake

VISIT OF THE CANTINA, by reservation only in the office of the 
Winery.

POLO CLUBS: There are two Polo clubs a very short distance from here 
(5 minutes away) that have games very often during the weekends and 
can be watched. 

ARTISTIC EXHIBITIONS and concerts - June, July and August only.
There are many concerts and exhibitions in this area during the 
summer, and you may attend.

Weekly rates vary between 8500 and 9000 Euro dependent upon season 
and are per week.  In some cases a shorter stay is possible.  
Arrivals are Saturday after 3pm and departure the following Saturday 
by 11am.  A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and remaining 
amount is due 60 days prior to occupation.  Any stocking charges or 
extras are paid directly upon arrival.
