decorated with cozy beach-cottage style linens and furnishings. A 
shared tiled full bath leads to the hot tub deck and outside hot and 
cold shower.

One floor up brings you to the open luxury kitchen, dinning and 
living area with 9 ft tongue-and-groove white wood ceilings and 
walls of windows capturing the Siletz Bay and Josephine Young Park 
views. You’ll be able to cozy up on the red comfy couch with the gas-
log fireplace and watch a movie on the wide-screen television. Later 
you can head out to the large “entertainment” deck to grill your 
favorite meal and relax with family and friends while overlooking 
the bay.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised when entering the amazing third 
level - you’ll not only be able to view that Siletz Bay but also the 
Pacific Ocean over the Salishan Spit! This floor offers the second 
luxury master bedroom with a cozy window seat for having some 
private time or watching the sunset.…The 5 bedroom/bonus area offers 
build-in twin beds with trundles accommodating four more younger 
guests, plus a queen sleeper sofa and a air-hockey table for their 
or “your” enjoyment.
