The ENCLAVE is two seven story towers, with 30 units in each tower, 
on five prestigious acres located directly across the street from the 
Gulf of Mexico on Old Scenic Highway 98. Having 60 units on five 
acres across the street from the Gulf of Mexico is unheard of in 
Destin!

The Condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, fully equipped and 
will make your Destin vacation one you'll remember for a lifetime!

The spacious living/dining room area is decorated with a queen 
sleeper sofa, love seat, two accent chairs, 32 inch TV with cable and 
VCR. The dining table seat six with sliding glass doors opening onto 
the balcony overlooking the pool and clubhouse.

The kitchen (not part of the living/dining room) is equipped with 
electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher, refrigerator with ice 
maker and all the small appliances and gadgets necessary to prepare 
any meal.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with his and her closets 
and full bath. The guest bedroom has two beds and a large walk in 
closet that provides more space for your vacation pleasure. The 
second full bath is directly across the hall from your guest bedroom. 
Both bedrooms have cable television.

Why rent from an owner? Simply put, you are eliminating the middle-
man and your vacation will cost you less. We also provide DISCOUNTS

SEVERE WEATHER - We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to 
cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to 
inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We will 
only refund unused days in the event of a MANDATORY evacuation in our 
area.

Falsified Reservations - Individual(s) will be asked to leave and no 
refund will be provided.

Condo amenties include; large pool, club house, tennis courts and 
sand volleyball on property.

Inside condo, normal condo amenties include: cable tv in living room 
and both bedrooms, DVD and VCR, fully equipped kitchen, linens.  We
