deluxe yet affordable Cliffs Resort Condo #9302.  This is a large 
fully furnished 1 Bedroom plus Loft, 2 bath accommodation of 
approximately 1250 sq/ft and includes a full kitchen.  The Condo 
building was fully refurbished in 2000 and is in top shape. The front 
deck looks out at the Pacific Ocean just under 200 hundred feet away, 
while the rear deck offers views of Kauai's interior rain forest 
covered mountains

The Cliffs Resort includes swimming pool, tennis, jacuzzi, and much 
more.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, color TV, and it's own 
private bathroom.  Additional guests may use the sleeper sofa in the 
Living Room or the double beds in the study/loft.  There is a small 
washer dryer right in the unit.  New for 2005, we have added high 
speed internet in the Condo.

The Cliffs Condo's are located in Princeville on the scenic north 
shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best.  Perched 
on a volcanic plateau 200 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the view from 
your private lanai/deck is spectacular!  This area of Hawaii is 
famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific.  It is 
perfect for those who enjoy lush green tropical setting, the best 
golfing, plenty of sandy beaches -- many remote and private -- 
waterfalls, and exquisite dining.

There are over 20 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs -- 
from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular.  Or you can 
snorkel, kayak, hike and frolic in waterfalls.  45 holes of 
championship golf await those who enjoy that sport.  Or you can just 
relax at the Cliffs at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or over a barbecue.  
There is plenty of local dining in over two dozen restaurants ranging 
from simple to elegant.

Princeville is a modern resort community perched on a bluff 200 feet 
above the pacific ocean.  While the area boasts over 1000 condo 
apartments, fewer than 200 have an ocean view.  The area was 
developed in the 1970's and remains in first class condition.  The 
Princeville Resort is anchored by the world renown 5 star Princeville 
Hotel.  The area is home to 45 holes of championship golf.  While 
most of the Princeville seacost is lava rock, there are some lovely 
beaches.  There is a small shopping district.

3 miles to the west is the famous town of Hanalei.  It has a quaint 
village atmosphere, tourist oriented shopping, many activities, a 
wide variety of dining, and many fine beaches.
