Our villa is 2586 sq feet of luxury for your family holiday of a
lifetime. We would like to show you more pictures and if you are
interested we can provide you with a brochure of the property this
can be either emailed or posted to you.
Our villa is located on the quite community called Windwood Bay. We
are within 12 minuets driving distance from Disney and about 30
minuets from Universal Studios. Our home comprises of 4 bedrooms
(two double with en-suite) and two twin rooms who share a bathroom.
There is also a sofa bed located downstairs. We can accommodate 8
people easily. There is also a post office, pharmacy, gas station
and Publix no more than 5 mins away. Our Villa comprises of 4
bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms a living and dining area and a family room.
There are two master suites one with a Kingsize bed and the other
with a double. Both rooms have their own en-suite. The other two
bedrooms both have twin beds. All rooms have air-conditioning and
ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you
will need for your stay and don’t forget if your book our fully
inclusive package this will include a Food Package which includes
Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Cheese, Bread, Jam, Water, Potato Chips,
Cereals, Salt & Pepper, Soda and Cooking Oil. Everything you will
need for your first nights stay. There is a Publix only 5 mins away
if you wish to purchase any other items.
Fantastic family Pool with Spa which isn’t overlooked. The pool is
south facing so you can enjoy the Florida Sunshine all day long. The
pool also has a child safety screen that can be placed in front of
the pool to keep the young ones safe. Why not hire our BBQ and have
some great nights by the pool.
Although our villa is owned privately, we employ a local management
company who will be on hand to resolve any problems that you may have
with our villa. We also have located in the villa an information
folder to help you with any questions you may have.
