Exceptionally beautiful flat with tons of outdoor space, 12 ft 
ceilings, balcony in the front and large terrace in the back.  Great 
sound system, pretty red geraniums in all the window boxes.

   

Master bedroom has TV, DVD, excellent reading lights, stereo 
speakers, good linens, double sink, bath tub, separate shower. 

Second bedroom has a single / double trundle bed (that zips 
together).  Second 
bathroom has shower and washer dryer.

Many cute shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops right around the 
corner down Hollywood Road, Fulham Road or Old Brompton Road.  
Neighborhood is clean and safe.  Redcliffe Square has lovely 
playground equipment where all the local children gather.

For bigger parks, three parks are are within walking distance:  Hyde 
Park, Holland Park, Battersea Park.  The V&A, History and Science 
museums are a 20 minute walk (or 2 stop tube ride).  

Nearest tubes are Earls Court and Gloucester Rd which serve the 
District and Picadilly lines. Earls Court is 8-12 minute walk, 
Gloucester Rd is a tad farther. 

£1,200 a week includes take care of my two young and healthy cats.  
They are low maintenance (dry food only) and very friendly.  I travel 
to the US a lot and let the flat out when I'm not here so they don't 
have to go to the kennel. When I get your date request I will 
organize a trip around it. 
  
The flat really is outstanding; good art, nice vibe, clean, open, 
uncluttered, sunny, gorgeous.  Sometimes I can't believe my luck in 
getting to live here.
