Beautiful home with all the amenities that you could want. This is a 
three level home.  Level one has a library, living room/den, dining 
room, eat in kitchen.  The kitchen and living room open onto a deck 
overlooking the river.
Level two has 4 bedrooms.  The master suite has a sitting area with 
a balcony overlooking the marina and river. The master bathroom has 
a jacuzzi tub and seperate shower.The master bedroom has a king size 
bed.  There are two other bedrooms with queen size beds and the 
fourth bedroom has 2 full size beds.  Each bedroom has it's own TV.

The third level is an open air rooftop terrace and during the summer 
there are fireworks every Thursday night.

Manasquan is a quaint ocean resort town.  Located about an hour from 
NYC, one hour from Atlantic City and 1.5 hrs from Philadelphia.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away.  About 10 minutes from here is 
Point Pleasant Beach which has a commercial boardwalk with assorted 
rides, ferris wheels, bumper cars.  Tennis courts are within a mile 
from here.  There are numerous public golf courses within 10 minutes.
