Welcome to our family's private vacation home located in desirable 
Cranberry Resort, in Collingwood, Ontario.  Here, you will find all 
the amenities of home!  Enjoy a private upper deck with 
dining/seating area plus a propane BBQ, as well as a lower stone 
patio also with seating area.  This is a reverse plan "chalet" 
styled townhouse, where the bedrooms are located on the main floor 
and living/dining/kitchen are on the upper floor with cathedral 
ceiling and views over the golf course and mountains.  
Our townhouse is just off Harbour Street in a very desirable area of 
Cranberry.  Surrounded by mature trees and only 3 minutes walk to 
all the activities offered by the resort (fees apply): golf, tennis, 
basketball, 3 pools, restaurants, spa and marina.  Walk/bike to CDN 
Tire/Walmart plaza along lovely Georgian Trail (about 5-10 minute 
walk).  Secluded/quiet beach only a 5 minute drive down the road, or 
for more action, Wasaga Beach is only a 15 minute drive away.  
Village at Blue is 10 minutes away.

Staying at our vacation home, you are minutes away from two outdoor 
pools and one indoor pool, the golf clubhouse, Georgian Trail (a 35 
km walking/biking trail leading from Collingwood harbour to 
Meaford), and the Cranberry Resort spa, as well as numerous 
restaurants and shops.

The Georgian Triangle is a charming four season community located on 
Georgian Bay. It includes peaceful landscapes and wonderful natural 
amenities to please any age. You will find recreational activities 
and diverse cultural life in the historic shoreline towns of 
Meaford, The Blue Mountains, Collingwood and Wasaga Beach that will 
guarantee a unique holiday experience. 

In Collingwood you will find the broadest range of cultural and 
recreational events in Ontario, including the largest Elvis Festival 
in the world, and the Olympic pre-qualifying Collingwood Horse Show. 
Collingwood also hosts art walks, jazz festivals, and professional 
live theatre productions. Collingwood has over 250 shops and 
boutiques and numerous restaurants, bistros and cafes.

Spring/Fall rates: $650/week
Summer rates (July/August): $700/week - $2200/month
Christmas/New Year's week: $1500/week

25% Deposit required to hold your booking. Balance due 2 weeks prior 
to arrival.  In addition to rental cost, we do ask for a damage 
deposit of $200.  This deposit is returned to you within 14 days 
after departure once the condo has been inspected.  If there are any 
damages, your deposit will be adjusted and the balance will be 
returned to you.  The deposit may be adjusted if any extra cleaning 
is required.
