cleaning fee. 

A 50% (fifty percent) down payment is required to hold room at time 
of booking. Remaining payment due one week before check-in. Visa, 
Mastercard, Money order or cashiers check accepted. No personal 
checks.

Cancellation:  Greater than 30 days before check-in a full refund. 
Less than 30 days prior to check-in downpayment will be forfeited.
