peaceful lakefront cottage, is away from the crowds of coastal 
vacation towns, yet with a 25 minute drive. Come relax, swim with 
the loons, paddleboat, and fish in the pristine lake. Our 24’x36’ 
newly constructed cabin on two levels offers breathtaking view of 
Lake Quantabacook, which is only 110’ away.

The upstairs has a full kitchen w /microwave,livingroom with VCR & 
DVD player,full bath (shower), bedroom features a king size bed; the 
downstairs has a livingroom w/ VCR & DVD player ,down stairs bedroom 
has a double bed , there is also a set of bunk beds. For chilly or 
romantic nights, the cottage has two woodstoves stocked with plenty 
of wood, one upstairs and one down.We will provide the linen and 
towels. In addition, it has propane heat.Open the french doors from 
the daylight basement and step onto the 10’ x 36’ screened porch, 
which allows you to bring in the out doors well into the night. 
Speaking of outdoors, the amenities for use on this 1 acre property 
include a BBQ, a dock, and a paddle boat. Cell phone towers are 
right next door to the lake.

There is all sorts things to see and do in the surrounding areas, 
Like Antique Shopping, head to the area beaches, biking and hiking in

Email  for more information about the cottage, places to visit in the 
area, or a booking. (Half of the rental is to be paid at the time of 
booking).  The remainder and the $300 deposit (covers damage, theft 
and cleaning) must be received by 2 weeks prior to occupancy.  If the 
cabin is left in the manner in which it was found, the full deposit 
will be refunded within 30 days.  If the booking is made within 3 
weeks of occupancy, the full amount must accompany the contract
