$225 per night for entire home.  $1500 per week.  $7000 per month.  
B& B available at $85 per night.  Higher rates for fall season and 
peak summer times apply.  Payment is due at time of booking.  Visa 
and Mastercard accepted.  $60 cleaning fee for entire home, or $20 
per floor rented.  Refunds are given if space can be rebooked less 
an administration fee of $25.
