The condo is in the newly developed Destin West Beach and Bay 
Resort,which includes 279 condos. This L-06 unit is a lanai(ground 
floor) in the Osprey building on the bayside with views of the 
Choctawatchee Bay, lazy river and pools. The unit is tiled in the

of the Emerald Coast Conference Center,restaurants, bars and the 
fishing pier. A private hot tub is located on the balcony and is 
ready to use. One enclosed garage parking space is included. Other 
parking is available.

3 mile drive to Destin, shopping centers and the harbour where you 
can see the fishing boats come in, take boat rides and much more. 
Also there is the Destin Commons, an open mall, Bass Pro Shop, Silver 
Sands Outlet Mall, an amusement park, and the waterpark, The Big 
Kahuna. Several putt-putt golf courses are located in Destin along 
with plenty of nightlife.
3 mile drive to Fort Walton with more shopping and the Santa Rosa 
Mall.
