Located on a private, gated estate.  The Villas at Mont Blanc are 
privately owned and operated and the owner lives on the property.

Each unit features two bedrooms with ceiling fans, full bath with 
shower, all linens and hair dryer, complete kitchens with coffee 
maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.  Each bedroom features 
a queen sized bed, with ample drawer and closet space.  Villas 
feature a private entrance with fron and rear patio.  There is a 
laundry room.

Our mountain location offers magnificent views of the island, but be 
sure to get out and see the beautiful beaches that St. Martin has to 
offer.  Dine in some of the best and widest varieties of restaurants 
the Caribbean has to offer.  Be sure to visit the shops and markets 
for duty free shopping.

Weekly rates $700-$900.
Daily rate available with three night minimum.
50% deposit required upon booking.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
