The apartment is in an 1800's farmhouse, surrounded by gardens and 
woods, on a dead-end road.  It is fully furnished, with two 
bedrooms, (one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed), 
a living room with two futon couches, a kitchen, and one bathroom. 
For one person using one bedroom. 

Fully equipped with basic necessities.

An excellent choice for the nature enthusiast who loves the outdoors 
but needs their creature comforts and privacy. Located in a very 
rural part of Vermont. Acres of undeveloped land is ready for you to 
explore. Our property is right on the Old Railroad Bed Recreation 
Trail, near the very popular Old Growth Forest, and also near the 
VAST system for snowmobiling. Within hiking distance is Loveland 
Ledge, which overlooks the Winooski River, the hills of Marshfield, 
and off in the distance, the famous Camel’s Hump. People can ski, 
snowshoe, run, walk, bike and hike on my property, the recreation 
trail, and beyond. And within one or two miles they can visit 
pristine and beautiful ponds and lakes. Groton State Forest is five 
miles away with lakes, forests, and great scenic hiking trails. 
Three different downhill ski centers are located within an hour of 
driving.
