Beautiful three story home located within the heart of  Skopelos 
Island

Available year round but ideal in the months of May, 
June,July,August,and September when Greece's weather is ideal for 
the Island's numerous pristine beaches

- 1st floor of the home consists of a kitchen, hallway and dinning 
room. 
- 2nd floor consists of two bedrooms each with hardwood floors, and 
covered balconies with views of the harbor and Skopelos town.
- 3rd floor consists of two beautiful roof-top terraces. The first 
terrace has breathtaking views of Skopelos Town, the old Venetian 
Castle, and the Port. The floor has been renovated and is 
constructed of beautiful gray stone tile. This terrace also includes 
a full gas operated barbeque grill and a table with chairs. Classic 
Greek columns have been added so that guests can enjoy harbor views 
while they are seated. This is quite literally the best view in 
Skopelos. 
- 3rd floor also contains a second terrace that has an outdoor 
kitchen complete with range, sink and countertop, and table and a 
newly renovated bathroom, complete with toilet, sink, and standing 
shower.


Since this location is not near roads often frequented by 
automobiles and motorbikes there is ample quiet at night. 

The home is located in the middle of Skopelos town and is a five 
minute walk to the center of the island's beautiful boardwalk and 
port.

The island itself is a small, traditional, and untouched by large 
commercial chains and developers. It is the greenest island of the 
Sporades chain of islands located just north of Athens. The climate 
is arid and warm. 

The island has numerous beaches, all of them in pristine condition. 
The beaches boast of beautiful translucent water and are the amongst 
the cleanest in Greece. Beaches start within 2 kilometers from the 
house and extend throughout the island. Rental cars, motorbikes and 
taxis are all very prevelant on the island and within walking 
distance of the home. 

The home itself is located in the middle of Skopelos town and is 
accessed by a ten minute scenic walk up a series of steps (the town 
is all built on the side of a mountain). If you prefer, rental cars 
and motorbikes are available on the island and can be parked on the 
street two flights above the vacation home.

The nearby islands of Skiathos and Alonisos can be visited during 
your stay in Skopelos through a half hour each respectively. 
Alonisos is known for its fresh fish and pristine ecofriendly 
environment, including seals and dolphins. Skiathos is known to be 
the trendier of the islands with finer sea-side dining and a very 
vibrant nightlife.

All rates quoted in Euros per week. All rentals are to be made for a 
minimum of 5 days. One day increments can be added to the 5 day 
minimum.
Exchange rates will be determined on the day of your booking. 
Conversions can easily be accomodated through owner.

Payment Policy -
30% of deposit must be provided at least one month prior to first 
day of rental, 70% of remainder of payment made upon arrival to 
Skopelos Island - either electronically or in person.

Your deposit will be lost in the event of cancellation 30 days or 
less from the date of occupancy.
