 We offer to "You", the vacationer, 1-2-3-4 Bedroom, Quality, 
Modern, Air Conditioned, Clean Housekeeping Cottages/Units. The 
Cottages/Units are located on 7acres of Quiet Wooded surroundings. 
All our kitchen facilities are FULLY equipped. The Cottages/Units 
are carpeted and all rooms have Ceiling Fans installed.
All Cottage units, are designed for easy housekeeping and ultimate 
quality living accommodations. Fully winterised with Electrical 
heating. The kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Toaster. The 
living room has a TV, VCR and Radio. All units have Propane 
Barbeques, Lawn furniture and there are Fire pits located on the 
property. Movies,Beach Chairs and Beach Mats are available for rent.

There is also a large Playground for children including; Basketball, 
Beach Volleyball / Badminton Court, Horseshoe Pits, Dartboard, 
Croquet and Bocce Ball and numerous board games. Ski from your door 
to a 20 Km. groomed Cross Country Ski Trail or Snowmobile on more 
than 500Km. of trails that can be accessed right from the property. 
We are located near the shores of Lake Huron with 11 Km. (7 Mi.) of 
White Sandy Beaches also known as the "Daytona Of The North".   

According to National Geographic we have one of the best locations 
in the world for Beautiful Sunsets. Enjoy a leisure stroll along our 
Sandy Beach, Sunbath, Relax, Swim, Sail Board. Canoe or Sea-Doo on 
the Crystal Clear Blue Waters of Lake Huron . Walk to the Falls to 
see the rippling water and the Salmon jumping upstream in late 
Summer or wander through the Forest to listen to the birds and 
communicate with nature. 
 
No matter what the season may be, there is always things to do at 
Sunny Birch Cottage Resort. During the Summer, swimming, sunbathing 
on the beach or enjoying the quite, peaceful wooded surrounding and 
listening to the birds chirping while strolling on the walking 
trails. In the Fall, see the spectacular Fall Colours of the Maple 
trees and watch the Salmon running / jumping going up the Sauble 
River and Falls or become a Star gazer and see the millions of Stars 
on a clear night. 
The Winter months, is a great place to come to enjoy Cross Country 
Skiing, Snowshoeing, Snowmobiling, Tobogganing and Sleigh Rides in 
our peaceful surroundings. Spring time, listen, see and watch the 
forest and flowers come alive for another year cycle. In general, a 
great place to find peace and solitude and to enjoy your stay

Reservations & Deposit: A $300 deposit is required at time of 
booking. Full payment to be received six (6) weeks prior to 
reservation date. 

Booking weekly: Summer rentals - Saturday to Saturday. 

Cancellation policy: Notice has to be received in writing six (6) 
weeks prior to reservation date. A 25% service fee is applicable. 
Full refunds will be made if unit is re-rented. 

Payment methods: Cash, Certified Cheques, Travel Cheques, American 
Express, Master card, Diner card, Visa Check in Time: 3:00 PM during 
the Summer and during the other seasons. 

Check Out Time: 10:00 Am during the Summer and 12:00 Noon all other 
times. 

Damage/ Cleaning Deposit: The deposit will be refunded to you by 
mail, only after the Employees/Mngt. have checked / inspected the 
accommodation after the unit is vacated. 

Accommodations: Are ONLY for the number of persons booked per unit.

Parking: Two (2) cars per Rental unit. 

Pets fee: Daily / $5.00 - Weekly / $25.00. All pets must be leashed 
at all times when on the property and are only permitted during 
Spring, Fall, Winter. (Sorry, not during the Summer months) 

**Please Ask about our Off Season Rates. For Mid week or Weekends 
during the Off Season, a 2 night minimum booking is required. Off 
Season Long Weekends, a 3 night Minimum booking is required. 

During July and August if you wish to inspect or check our facility 
and cottages, please visit between 10 am and 3 pm on Saturday ONLY.
